Joy Pijnenborg is a shamanic coach, stained glass artist, and lifelong seeker based in the Netherlands. Three paths — each distinct, each sacred — that have converged into one way of working with people that is entirely her own.
Her shamanic practice spans decades. Through this lens, Joy understands human beings as part of a vast, interconnected web — aware of the animal world, the plant world, the mineral world, the ancestral field. She brings this awareness into every session: the knowing that you are held, that you are supported, that you have a unique part to play in a much larger orchestra.
Her art — stained glass — is not separate from this. It is the same truth in a different form. Light moving through coloured glass at different frequencies, manifesting in different forms. This is the process of creation. And it is exactly what Joy witnesses in every woman she works with: the moment the light finally finds its colour.
Joy works with women 45 and older — women who have lived enough, loved enough, and learned enough to know that something magnificent in them has not yet fully been expressed. She is here to be present to that, to witness it, and to help bring it out.
